All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Your Rights
Your Rights. You may opt-out of communications at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message. You also have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at sales@24aivoice.com. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days.

We use trusted third-party providers to deliver our services, including Retell AI (voice and chat processing), Bubble (application hosting), Stripe (payment processing), and Cal.com (appointment scheduling). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies and security standards. Payment card information is handled directly by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

We retain call transcripts, chat logs, and account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and operational purposes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting sales@24aivoice.com.
