By accessing 24aivoice.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws.

2. Description of Service
24/7 AI Voice provides AI-driven receptionist and voice services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

3. Communication Consent
By submitting your phone number through our "Get a callback" or contact forms, you provide express written consent to be contacted by 24/7 AI Voice via voice call or SMS. Standard message and data rates may apply. Frequency of messages varies.

4. User Conduct
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or to transmit any harmful or deceptive content.

5. Limitation of Liability
24/7 AI Voice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our AI services.

6. Subscription and Billing

24/7 AI Voice offers trial and subscription plans billed monthly. By purchasing a trial ($19, $49, or $68), you agree that your subscription will automatically convert to the corresponding monthly plan at the end of the 14-day trial period unless cancelled. Monthly plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. You authorize 24/7 AI Voice and its payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Current pricing is listed at 24aivoice.com/pricing and may be updated with 30 days notice.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting sales@24aivoice.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to paid features until that date. Trial cancellations prevent conversion to paid plans if cancelled before the 14-day trial ends. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Unused minutes or chat responses do not roll over and are not refundable.

8. Usage Limits and Overages

Each plan includes a specified allotment of voice minutes and/or chat responses per billing cycle. Usage beyond your plan's allotment is billed at the overage rates published at 24aivoice.com/pricing and will appear on your next monthly invoice.
